If you can't get on with normal safety goggles because they steam up this set up works well.I bought one set and was so pleased that i bought two more,the helmet is just an added bonus for me.I have been doing serious diy for years and would only wear goggles as a last resort.This is a great solution!

I use mine for my petrol strimmer, chain saw, angle grinder etc. The only reason I put this review in is to warn about how you clean the visor. Don't use anything mildly abrasive or you will leave scratches. I used a soft plastic brush and hazed the plastic and I now need to change same.

I bought this to wear when using my brushcutter/strimmer. I had a slight problem at first figuring out how to fit it together as the instructions were dire but after a few minutes it was pretty obvious and quite simple. The helmet does its job perfectly; the clear visor gives great vision and keeps flying debris from hitting your face and the ear defenders cut out the engine noise. Just what I needed!

Needed a hat,visor and defenders at short notice for an environmental job. Got bogged down with all the options on other supplier sites. Found this all in one solution from Draper that ticked all the boxes and ordered it. Delivered on time (24 hours) and does just what it says on the box! And by my reckoning at 50% of the cost of most other offerings.

I bought this with a little hesitation, as the ones I'd seen others using were around the £40 mark, and this was far cheaper than anything I'd seen, good or bad. Bearing in mind I could send it back if it didn't do exactly what it said on the tin I ordered it and forgot about it. It arrived 1 or 2 days later, fantastic! And the product, well, I'm very pleased to say the least - it works and wears well, it is fully adjustable in every way possible so is comfortable to use, doesn't steam up the visor, and is not at all heavy, yet it seems very tough and durable. Well done Draper!
